Czech Open 2011

Back to the bread & butter stuff on the Europeantour this week and a fairly weak field it must be said teeing it up at The Prosper Golf Resort in Celadná. Course designer Miguel Angel Jiminez leads the betting but there is some value within the field to take him on. Shane Lowry is one of those. He had a good June before a quiet July & August but he is well rested and comes into this with a clear goal to finish the season strong. He lies 58th in the R2D rankings so will be anxious to improve his position over the next 3 months. This is his third visit to the Czech Open so will know the course and his 64 in round 2 last year is a sign he can go low here. He is value at 50/1 with Paddypower
James Morrison has potential and this type of tournament always presents the Englishman with an opportunity to win. He is out early on Thursday which is a plus and plays alongside Tano Goya who has great course form so could be a big help to get into position.66/1 with Paddypower is a value bet for me this week.
My third selection this week is Thorborn Olesen at 35/1 with Bet365. Showing great form the past couple of months, the Dane is sure to come in one of the weeks and is a very confident player and if he can get up the leaderboard early enough this could be the week he "prospers"

TIP 1: 1 pt e/w S.Lowry @ 50/1 Paddypower

TIP 2: 1 pt e/w J.Morrison @ 66/1 Paddypower

TIP 3: 1 pt e/w T.Olesen @ 35/1 Bet365
