Made In Himmerland 2021 - HimmerLand, Farsø, Denmark

A competitive field descends on Himmerland, Denmark for Europeantour action this week, where Scotland's Robert Macintyre heads the betting marker where not only having finished runner up here last time to Bernd Wiesberger, but arrives in solid form having competed against fields of much higher standing than he is confronted in Farso. He may be young enough to recoup so soon after Kiawah Island and the travel but he's far too short for my liking this week.

From my shortlist above, I eliminated Joost Luiten based on price allowing for my tissue correction but then zoned in on 5 players that I think give me some value.(highlighted). I think Justin Harding is the better option than Schwab for the course we are faced with, despite the Austrian posting a T-10 in 2019 and the South African making his debut. Harding has posted 5 T-20s in his last 7 starts with a win secured in Kenya and @ 33/1 - 7 places -  I have to go back in again

Guido Migliozzi missed out in a play-off to Richard Bland LTO at The Belfry and like Harding, I had backed him in the Canaries to no avail but I am pleasantly surprised to see the same price available this week @ 33/1 as he looks to improve on his 2 T-5s and 4 T-20s from his 10 starts on tour this year. He finished a lowly 33rd in 2019 on his only visit to date but is clearly improving and growing in confidence on the tour and this week gives him a great chance to go one better than the previous event.

Like Harding & Migliozzi, Alexander Bjork has been backed already this year where I had hoped he would have gone better in the English Midlands but he's certainly rounding into decent form. He's only played 8 events so far in 2021 and has posted 2 T-20s, these coming in Tenerife & Qatar. Throw in the 30th placing in England and 21st in Gran Canaria, the Swede isn't far away and should his putter warm up here as we know it can, he could find being back in this part of the world will suit @ 60/1 - 7 places

Lastly, I think it's worth playing Aussie, Maverick Antcliff at the price, 100/1 - 7 places. The Queenslander had a successful 2019 PGA Tour of China campaign and has shown plenty of glimpses that he will win soon on one of the elite tours. He may have been a distant runner-up to Garrick Higgo in the Canary Islands Championship but he doesn't miss many cuts, he posts a scatter of decent results that has seen him rise to world ranking of 200 and I'm sure he's going to win very soon on this tour.
