39 players tee off at The Sentry Tournament of Champions and kickstart 2023 without Rory McIlroy and defending champion Cameron Smith, the only TOP-10 ranked players not in attendance this week. Tom Kim & Shane Lowry are the only players in the 11-20 rankings not here either.
A revamped PGA Tour may not have enticed Rory this week but I fully expect the big guns to hit the ground running as 2023 looks like a key year for the Tour vs LIV and in that respect can't get away from two time winner, Justin Thomas nor can I ignore the bit of value in Collin Morikawa this week @ 11/1 & 20/1 respectively.
I'm adding Russell Henley @ 40/1 - 6 places also although I was tempted by Jordan Spieth and Cameron Young, but for a small field I'll start the year off with just the three selections.
